How To Create WhatsApp Template With Mini Apps / Native Flows ?

1. Publish the Flow: Ensure that your WhatsApp native flow or minia is published. Note: Once published, it cannot be edited.

2. Access Templates:

   1. Navigate to the Channels section.

   2. Click on the Template icon.

   3. Choose "create template."

3. Create Your Template:

   1. Name your template.

   2. Select the language.

   3. Choose the most suitable category.

   4. In the body section, add your content with variables as needed.

   5. For button type, select the WhatsApp native form option.

   6. Select the published flow, welcome screen, and add button text.

4. Submission:

   • Click Submit to send your template for approval.

5. If Rejected:

   • In case of rejection due to a variable at the end, replace it with simple text and resubmit.

   Note: A template can be edited only once within 24 hours.
