How to send the custom field data to an external WhatsApp number

  1. Create a flow to handle the data you wish to send.

  2. Save the responses in a custom field of your choice.

  3. Add a new action within your flow:

    • Choose CRM as the action.

    • Select Send template message.

  4. Choose your message template that you've prepared for sending the custom field data.

  5. Map your custom field data to the template variables.

  6. Enter the WhatsApp number of the recipient to whom the message will be sent.
