Different Types Of Triggers ?

Our platform offers various triggers to enhance user engagement and interactions. Below is an overview of the available triggers:

  • New Message Received: Activates whenever any incoming message is received. This ensures immediate response capabilities to all incoming communication.

  • Message Match Keyword Condition: Triggers when messages contain specific pre-defined keywords. This allows for targeted responses or actions based on specific content.

  • Hot Keyword: Similar to the Message Match Keyword Condition, but with the capability to interrupt an existing bot flow to prioritise the response. This is useful for high-priority keywords.

  • Inbound Webhook Trigger: Initiated by an external webhook. This trigger is useful for integrating external systems or services into the platform dynamically.

  • Click to WhatsApp Ads: Activates when a user interacts with a specific Facebook ad, directing them to a WhatsApp conversation. Ideal for seamless transition from advertisement to interaction.

The priority of triggers is as follows:

  1. Facebook ADD ID

  2. Inbound Webhook Trigger

  3. Hot Keywords

  4. Message Match

  5. New Message Received
