# How to Send Message To User Once the Payment is Failed

To create a bot flow in the WhatsApp chatbot for sending a reply about a failed payment:

1. **Trigger**: Select "WhatsApp chatbot."
2. **Payment Field Status**: Choose your specific channel.
3. **Next Step**: Click on "send message" and select "order status message."
4. **Reference ID**: Use the "payment Reference ID" variable.
5. **Order Status**: Set to "failed."
6. **Description**: State that the payment has failed.
7. **Additional Information**: Include amount, currency, gateway transaction ID, and payment ID.
8. **Save**: Save the message and workflow.
9. **Enable**: Ensure the flow is enabled.

This setup will notify customers about failed payments via WhatsApp.
