To troubleshoot message delivery issues, follow these steps:
Click on the "Report Cycle" to check for errors in a broadcast or to understand why messages are failing.
If the broadcast included multiple messages, click on the message number to see more options.
Choose the "Failed" option to view error codes provided directly by Meta.
Use these error codes to identify the issue preventing the message from being delivered to the customer.
