How To Check Why Messages Are Getting Failed In Broadcasts / Campaigns ?

1. To find out errors or reason for failed messages click on the "Report Icon".

2. If the broadcast consisted of multiple messages, click on the message number to show report.

3. Select the "Failed" option to view error codes sourced directly from Meta.

4. Use these error codes to pinpoint the issue preventing message delivery to the customer.
