How to Create A Carousel Template?

1. Go to Channels>Template Manager and Click on Create Template.

2. Enter a template name, select a template language, and choose a category.

3. Click Next and select Carousel in the template type.

4. Enter the body text for the carousel template.

5. You can add up to 10 cards to the carousel, each with a header (image or video), body text, and buttons (quick reply or call to action).

6. Ensure all cards have the same combination and type of buttons.

7. Click Submit Template to save the carousel template.
