To sell products via WhatsApp's native catalog as an Indian business, follow these steps:
Go to the WhatsApp API section and click on the View icon.
Click on the business profile and go to the business compliance information option.
Enter your company's name, select your company type, and enter your email ID or landline number (with the country code +91 if it's a mobile number).
Enter your grievance officer's name (which can be the owner's name if there's no grievance officer), email ID or landline number (with the country code +91 if it's a mobile number), and mobile number.
Click on "update."
