Template name does not exist in the translation

During an ongoing campaign, WhatsApp or Meta might pause your message template due to a high spam report percentage. you have two options to resume messaging:

1. Clone and Modify the Template

   • Create a copy of the paused template.

   • Make slight modifications to the text to differentiate it from the original.

   • Submit the new template for approval.

   • Once approved, use this template to resume messaging your users.

2. Edit and Resubmit the Existing Template

   • Directly edit the paused template.

   • Apply changes to the text to ensure compliance.

   • Submit the edited template for reapproval.

   • After approval, continue your messaging campaign with the updated template.

Utilising a new or edited template allows you to effectively resume your messaging campaign without further interruptions.
