Select the "Chatbot" option. (Ensure your channel has active chatbots.)
Choose a chatbot and assign it to the user.
If you click on "Assign," the bot will be triggered when the user sends an incoming message.
If you click on "Assign and Trigger," the bot will be assigned to the user and triggered immediately.
