Sync System Fields

Sync Product System Fields:

• Click on System Fields, by default you are on Product Fields

• Click on Sync System Field

This syncs the product system fields.

Sync Order System Fields:

• Navigate to Order Fields

• Click on Sync System Fields

These steps sync the default fields essential for the smooth operation of an e-commerce store.

For instance, the Order Status system field comes with default values which you can modify, delete, or add to according to your needs.

Handling Mandatory Fields for Non-Indian Businesses

Certain fields like Brand, Origin, Country, Importer Name, and WhatsApp Compliance Category are mandatory for Indian businesses. If your business is not registered in India and doesn't have a WhatsApp API number with the +91 country code:

• Click on the Edit Icon next to these fields

• Remove the mandatory status, making these product system fields optional

This customisation is crucial for aligning the system fields with your business requirements, ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience.
