How To Create WhatsApp Mini Apps / Native Flows And Send Via Bot Builder ?

To create a WhatsApp mini app for data collection or feedback surveys, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the WhatsApp mini apps section.

  2. Click on create a new flow.

Designing Your Flow

  • Each flow consists of multiple screens, each having a unique title.

  • Add components to each screen by clicking on the components icon.

  • Utilize routing and footer options for screen navigation.

Saving and Publishing

  • Flows can be saved, saved and applied (sent to Meta as a draft), or published.

  • It's advisable to test flows in draft mode as published flows cannot be edited.

Integration with CRM

  • For data collection, ensure a custom CRM field named flow response is created to store data.

  • Use the ask a question block in the bot builder to send the flow and capture data in the custom field.
