How to Create Chat Bot for your Facebook Page ?

To create a Facebook page messenger bot:

  1. Click on "Create Bot Flow" and then the plus sign for the trigger.

  2. Select the option of "Facebook page chatbot" and choose keyword-based or inbound webhook-based triggers.

  3. Set the trigger keyword and select the Facebook Channel that is already connected.

  4. In the "Send a reply" option, send a button message and depending on the user's selection, send a reply.

  5. Save the workflow and enable it.

  6. Test the bot by sending the trigger keyword as an incoming message.
