How to do Base Sync settings of the Shopify Store ?

The new sync feature from Shopify to Ecom automatically adds new orders and products from Shopify to the Ecom infrastructure and WhatsApp catalog.

Sync Type

  • One-way: Products and orders from Shopify will automatically be synced to Ecom.

Inventory Behavior Options

  1. Flexible inventory override (WhatsApp to Shopify): Updates stock in Shopify when a new order is placed in WhatsApp.

  2. Flexible inventory override (Shopify to WhatsApp): Updates stock in WhatsApp when a new order is placed in Shopify.

  3. Bypass: Does not update inventory in either Shopify or WhatsApp.
