How to Lock or Unlock Botflow and Automations?

• To lock a Botflow flow or automation, click on the three dots and select "Lock workflow," then enter an email address to lock the flow with, and click on "Send OTP" to verify.

• The email address used to lock the flow does not need to be attached to the particular account or any team members' account, and can be anyone's email.

• After locking the flow, it will not be visible to others, but it will continue to work in their account.

• To unlock the flow, click on "Unlock workflow" and enter the email address used to lock it, and all flows locked with that email will be unlocked for a 30-minute session.

• The 30-minute unlock session is only valid for the particular window and session, and the flow will be locked again after the session expires.

• To permanently unlock the flow for everyone, click on the three dots, select "Permanently unlock workflow," enter the email address used to lock it, and verify with an OTP.

• Permanently unlocking the flow will make it visible and accessible to everyone, not just for a limited session.
