To customize how your products or services are displayed in your WhatsApp Business API catalog:
Go to WhatsApp API and click on the view icon.
Click on Business Profile and navigate to Commerce Settings.
By default, the cart is disabled. This means products will be displayed, but orders cannot be placed.
To enable orders, switch on the cart functionality.
To disable orders, keep the cart functionality off.
The changes will be applied within a few working hours.
