How to Automatically Send Shipment Tracking Details To Customers From Shopify ?

1. In Shopify, go to Settings > Notifications, and create a webhook with the event set to "order fulfillment."

2. Paste the webhook URL you copied earlier and select the appropriate webhook API version.

3. In the automation builder, capture the incoming webhook data and save it.

4. To send a notification on WhatsApp, add a CRM block and select "Send Template Message."

5. Choose the template to send, including variables for order ID and company name.

6. Select the WhatsApp number from the body variables.

7. Run and save the automation; a notification will be received on the selected phone number.
