How to Create Ice Breakers For WhatsApp API ?

Ice breakers are default messages shown to end user when they visit your whatsapp number for first time and have not messaged with it.

To set up icebreakers for a specific WhatsApp number, go to Channels and then click on Conversation Automation.

Under Ice Breakers, you can enter up to four custom icebreaker texts, each with a maximum of 80 characters. These icebreakers will only appear when a user is entering your chat for the first time.

You can change or customize the icebreaker texts at any time.
