How to create a MPM (Multi Product Message) Template ?

1. Go to "Channels">"Template manager" and then Click on "Create Template".

2. Enter a template name, select a template language, and choose a category.

3. Select the template type as "MPM (Multiproduct Message)".

4. There are three options: header, body, and footer.

   • The header will be text, for example, "New".

   • The body can have variables, and the footer is optional.

5. The "View Items" button will automatically appear when creating an MPM template.

Note: Headers are compulsory when creating an MPM template.
