How to Create a Facebook Page Comment Bot Or Automation ?

  1. Open Meta Business Suite and navigate to Content > Posts and Reals.

  2. Find the post you want to automate responses for, click on the three dots and copy the post ID.

  3. Go to Create Bot Flow, assign a name to your bot, and click on the plus sign to add a trigger.

  4. Choose Facebook Page Chat Bot and select the trigger When a comment is received.

  5. Select your Facebook Page and paste the post ID.

  6. Define the conditions under which the bot will be triggered (e.g., only for top-level comments or all comments by the same user).

  7. Include specific keywords to activate the bot, for example, "test".

  8. Decide on the bot's action, such as sending a DM to the user or replying to the comment directly.

  9. Save your workflow and make sure it's enabled.
