How To Create Team Members Or Chat Operators ?

Adding a New Team Member

1. Navigate to Team members in the left-hand side menu.

2. Click on Add new team member.

3. Fill in the name and valid email ID of the new team member.

4. Choose a password for them.

5. Select the appropriate role for the new team member.

6. Click on Save.

The team member will receive an email to verify their email address, enabling them to log in and access the platform.
