How to create ticket via Pabbly ?

Step 1: Accept the Ticketing App on Pabbly
Open the App Link.
Click on “Accept this App” to add the Ticketing Platform app to your Pabbly account.
Step 2: Set Up the Workflow in Pabbly
Go to your Pabbly Connect Dashboard.
Start by creating a New Workflow.
Add a Webhook Trigger (if not already set).
This is used to receive customer data (like name, phone, email).
Step 3: Add the Ticketing Platform Action
Click on the "+" icon to add an action step.
Search for and select the “Ticketing Platform” app.
Choose the Action Event: Create New Ticket

Step 4: Connect Your Ticketing Platform
Click on Connect.
You can either use an existing connection or create a new one.
If creating a new connection:
Go to your Ticketing Platform Dashboard.
Copy your API Access Token.
Paste the token in Pabbly to establish the connection.
Step 5: Map Event and Customer Details
Go to the Event Section of your platform.
Copy the Event ID and paste it into the Event ID field in Pabbly.
Map the remaining fields using the webhook data:
Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
Step 6: Test the Connection
Click Save & Send Test Request.
If successful:
A ticket will be generated.
You will see the QR image and ticket content in the response.
You have successfully set up a Pabbly workflow to automatically create tickets using the Ticketing Platform integration.
