How to download scan logs / check-in history?

Step 1: Go to the Event Section

  1. Navigate to the Event Section in your dashboard.


Step 2: Access Scan Logs

  1. Click on the “Scan Logs” option.

  2. You will now see a list of all scanned tickets, including:

    • Scan timestamps

    • Ticket IDs

    • Visitor details (if available)

    • Scan status (successful/duplicate/etc.)


Step 3: Export the Scan Log

  1. Click on the “Export Log” button.

  2. The system will generate a CSV or Excel file.

  3. Once ready, click to download the file to your device.

You now have a complete downloadable record of all scanned tickets, useful for:

  • Attendance tracking

  • Access verification

  • Post-event reporting
