How to download scan logs / check-in history?
Step 1: Go to the Event Section
Navigate to the Event Section in your dashboard.
Step 2: Access Scan Logs
Click on the “Scan Logs” option.
You will now see a list of all scanned tickets, including:
Scan timestamps
Ticket IDs
Visitor details (if available)
Scan status (successful/duplicate/etc.)
Step 3: Export the Scan Log
Click on the “Export Log” button.
The system will generate a CSV or Excel file.
Once ready, click to download the file to your device.

You now have a complete downloadable record of all scanned tickets, useful for:
Attendance tracking
Access verification
Post-event reporting
