How to Scan Tickets ?
Step 1: Start the Scanning Process
Go to the “Scan” option in your dashboard or app.
Click on “Start Scanning”.
Use your device’s camera or scanner to scan a ticket QR code.
Step 2: Understand Ticket Scan Behavior
✅ If the ticket is valid and has multi-scan allowed, it will scan successfully every time.
❌ If the ticket is single-scan only, scanning it again will show an error message:
“This ticket has already been scanned.”
Step 3: Enable Storage Sync for Faster Scanning
You’ll see a “Sync Data” button or “Storage Status” option.
Click on “Sync Data” – this will download and save all ticket data locally in your browser.
This helps with faster scanning and offline performance.
