How to create tickets in bulk via excel import ?

Step 1: Go to the Event Tickets Section

  1. Navigate to the Event Section.

  2. Click on the "Tickets" option.

  3. Click "Create Ticket", then select "Import CSV".

Step 2: Download and Edit the Sample CSV

  1. Click on "Download Sample" to get a CSV template.

  2. Open the file and edit the following fields:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • WhatsApp Number

    • Any custom fields relevant to your event.

    • Restricted Location IDs (enter multiple IDs separated by commas, if applicable).

Step 3: Upload the Updated CSV

  1. Save your edited CSV file.

  2. Click on "Select File", choose your updated CSV, and click "Import CSV".

Step 4: Monitor the Import Process

  1. After import:

    • You can view the import logs.

    • Ticket generation may take a few moments depending on the file size.

Step 5: WhatsApp Delivery (If Enabled)

  1. If the WhatsApp option is enabled, the system will:

    • Generate the tickets.

    • Send them automatically to the recipients via WhatsApp.
