You can customize WhatsApp settings for event notifications if WhatsApp notifications are enabled. Customers will receive notifications on registration and when their QR code is scanned. These messages will be sent via our number, and credits for messages can be purchased.

To send messages from your WhatsApp number, you need to purchase the WhatsApp API from our platform. Enter the phone number ID, WABA ID, and access token. Access these by navigating to the dashboard and locating the access token option, where you can copy and paste the necessary details. This setup allows you to send WhatsApp notifications from your number.
