Multi Product Message Marketing Template

• Go to Channels → Template Manager and click Create Template.

• Enter the template name, select the language, choose Category = Marketing, and select Template Type = MPM (Multi-Product Message).

• Add a Header (required) — this must be text (for example: New Products).

• Add the message body and include variables if needed (e.g., Hi {{name}}, check out these amazing products…).

• (Optional) Add a footer if required.

• The View Items button will be added automatically when creating an MPM template.

• Review the template and click Submit Template / Save & Apply.
