Create Ice Breakers For WhatsApp API

• Ice breakers are default messages shown to users when they open your WhatsApp chat for the first time and haven’t sent any message yet.

• Go to Channels → select your WhatsApp number → open Conversation Automation → click Ice Breakers.

• Enter up to 4 custom icebreaker texts, each with a maximum of 80 characters.

• These messages help guide users on how to start the conversation quickly.

• Icebreakers will appear only for first-time visitors to your chat.

• You can edit or customize the icebreaker texts anytime and click Save to apply changes.
