### Guide to Using Toll-Free Number in WhatsApp Template

* Toll-free numbers may not work with country codes in WhatsApp templates for some countries due to Meta's mandatory country code addition.​
* As a workaround, create a short URL using a service like TinyURL that converts a phone link (e.g., tel:18001234567) into a clickable URL.​
* In the WhatsApp template, set the button type to “Visit Website” and use the short URL in place of a standard phone number.​
* When users tap the "Call Now" button, the mobile device’s calling app launches and dials the toll-free number directly, bypassing the country code issue.​
* This method allows toll-free calls from WhatsApp templates, even in countries with dialling restrictions on country code for toll-free numbers.​
