Go to Channels → Template Manager and click Create Template.
Enter the template name, select the language, and choose Category = Authentication.
Authentication templates have only one format (no template types).
Add security recommendation if required (optional).
Set the code expiration time (for example: 10 minutes).
(Optional) Add buttons if needed.
Make sure the message is only for verification like OTP, login code, or account verification — no promotional content allowed.
Click Save & Apply / Submit Template for approval.
