Send Data to Google Sheet once Mini App is Submited

Follow these steps to automatically store Mini App form data in Google Sheets:

Step 1: Create Bot Flow

  1. Go to Chatbot → Create Bot Flow

  2. Add a title

  3. Click + → WhatsApp Chatbot

  4. Select trigger: Mini App Submission

  5. Choose your Mini App

  6. Enable Previous Submission History (if required)

Step 2: Add Processing Message (Optional)

  1. Add a message block: “Please wait while we are processing your details.”

Step 3: Connect Google Sheets

  1. Click Add Automation App → Search “Sheets”

  2. Select Add Row

  3. Choose or create Google Authentication

  4. Select your Spreadsheet

  5. Select the Sheet (Sub sheet)

Step 4: Map Fields

  1. Map Mini App fields (Name, Phone, Email, etc.) to sheet columns

  2. Click Run & Save

Step 5: Confirmation Message

  1. Add a message block: “Thank you. Your details have been successfully saved.”

  2. Save and Enable the workflow

Now, whenever a user submits the Mini App form, the data will automatically be added as a new row in Google Sheets.
