Zoho CRM Integration

Step 1: Create Connection

1. Go to Lead Source

2. Select Zoho CRM

3. Click Create Connection

4. Select your Data Center Region (e.g., India)

5. Enter Account Name

6. Click Connect with Zoho CRM

Step 2: Authorize Zoho Account

1. Login to your Zoho account

2. Review permissions

3. Accept consent and click Authorize

Step 3: Field Mapping

1. Go to Installed Page

2. Open Field Mapping

3. Map CRM fields with Zoho fields

4. Click Save Mapping

Step 4: Sync Leads

1. Click Sync Leads to fetch leads manually

2. Or use Auto Sync for automatic updates

Step 5: Optional Settings

• Enable Auto Create Contact

• Add Webhook for real-time updates

Step 6: Monitor Logs

1. Go to Logs Section

2. Track lead sync status and data

• Integration is ready and syncing leads
