Type Form Integration

Step 1: Create Connection

1. Go to Lead Source

2. Select Typeform

3. Click Create Connection

4. Click Connect with Typeform

Step 2: Authorize Account

1. Login to your Typeform account

2. Review permissions

3. Click Allow

Step 3: Select Form

1. Choose the Typeform form

2. Click Finish Setup

Step 4: Configure Form

1. Go to Installed Page

2. Click on Config

3. Select the form from dropdown

4. Click Save Selection

Step 5: Field Mapping

1. Open Field Mapping

2. Map fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) to CRM fields

Step 6: Optional Settings

• Add Webhook for external integrations

Step 7: Monitor Logs

1. Go to Logs Section

2. Check responses, status, and data

• Integration is ready and capturing leads automatically
