How To Send Bulk Campaigns From Excel / Gsheet Without Importing Contacts ?

• To initiate a bulk campaign without importing contacts, select "Create New Campaign," choose "WhatsApp Campaign," determine the channel and campaign name, and either schedule or send instantly.

• In the audience section, use "Quick Contacts" with these options: "Numbers" for non-personalized messages, or "Numbers with Variables" and Copy with header row for personalized ones, specifying the number column.

• Choose a template and send multiple messages if necessary.

• Note: messages via quick campaign aren’t stored in CRM or inbox, and contacts aren’t created unless a reply is received.

• Once the campaign setup is complete, save and send to access reports like delivery and failed reports, though contacts and messages remain unstored.
