# Support Ticket

#### **Support Ticket Panel Setup**

Step 1: Open Support Ticket

* Go to **Workspace → Support Ticket**

Step 2: Access New Support Panel

* Click **Go to Support Panel**

Step 3: Configure Password

* Set and confirm your password
* Click **Set Password**

Step 4: Open Dashboard

* Access the new **Support Ticket Dashboard**

#### **How to Create a Support Ticket**

Step 1: Open Create Ticket

* Go to **All Tickets**
* Click **Create Ticket**

Step 2: Fill Ticket Details

* Select category and priority
* Enter subject and message
* Add attachments if needed

Step 3: Create Ticket

* Click **Create Ticket** to submit your request
