How To Add Chat Notes In Live Chat?

1) Go to Unified Team Inbox

2)Select the Desired Chat

3)Click on Chat Note(highlight)

4. Start typing the note

5. Click on send(highlight)

6.Click on highlight

To check the Chat note.

7. Click on Chat Notes

8. Select the particular Chat note.

You can find your Chat note.
