To ensure smooth e-commerce operations, you must sync system fields.
Steps:
Go to Dashboard → Products → E-commerce
Click System Fields
Click Sync System Fields (top right)
Open the Order section
Click Sync System Fields again
Default fields like Order Status will be added automatically. You can add, edit, or delete status values and then click Save.
Important for International Businesses
If your business is not India-based or not using a +91 WhatsApp number:
Edit fields like Origin Country, Importer Name, WhatsApp Compliance Category
Remove mandatory requirement if not applicable
Save changes
Syncing system fields ensures proper order processing and error-free e-commerce functionality.
