Only For Indian Users - To Update Business Compliance Information To Sell Via WhatsApp Commerce

Business Compliance Information is mandatory for Indian businesses selling through the WhatsApp native catalog. Without this, you cannot sell products via WhatsApp.

Steps:

  1. Go to Channels → WhatsApp Channel

  2. Click your WhatsApp Account (WABA)

  3. Open WABA Business Profile

  4. Go to Business Compliance Information

Fill Required Details:

  1. Enter Entity Name

  2. Select Entity Type

  3. Add Business Email

  4. Enter Landline Number (or mobile number with +91 if no landline)

  5. Enter Officer/Owner Name

  6. Add Officer’s Email

  7. Enter Officer’s Phone Number

  8. Click Update

Once updated, your business will be eligible to sell products via the WhatsApp native catalog.
