# Only For Indian Users - To Update Business Compliance Information To Sell Via WhatsApp Commerce

Business Compliance Information is mandatory for Indian businesses selling through the WhatsApp native catalog. Without this, you cannot sell products via WhatsApp.

Steps:

1. Go to **Channels → WhatsApp Channel**
2. Click your **WhatsApp Account (WABA)**
3. Open **WABA Business Profile**
4. Go to **Business Compliance Information**

#### **Note: This section appears only for Indian (+91) numbers.**

Fill Required Details:

5. Enter **Entity Name**
6. Select **Entity Type**
7. Add **Business Email**
8. Enter **Landline Number** (or mobile number with +91 if no landline)
9. Enter **Officer/Owner Name**
10. Add Officer’s **Email**
11. Enter Officer’s **Phone Number**
12. Click **Update**

Once updated, your business will be eligible to sell products via the WhatsApp native catalog.
