Follow these steps to turn the catalog icon ON or OFF:
Go to Channels → WhatsApp Channel
Click on your WhatsApp Account (WABA)
Open WABA Business Profile
Go to Commerce Settings
Toggle Product Catalog ON or OFF
Note: Changes may take a few hours to reflect on your WhatsApp Business API number.
Once enabled, customers will be able to view your product catalog directly in WhatsApp.
