Opt-Out Process for WhatsApp Messages

  1. Create a Template with "Stop" Button: Add a custom "stop" button in the message footer.

  2. Trigger Bot Flow: When a user clicks "stop", send a confirmation message and update the "stop" custom field to "yes".

  3. Segment Audience: For future campaigns, filter the audience by the "stop" custom field. Ensure only users with "stop" set to "no" receive messages.
