# Create A Calendar Event and Edit Fields / Labels

### Create an Event in Calendar Booking

1. Go to **Events** and click **Create New Event**.
2. Enter the **Event Title**, **Description**, and optional **Webhook URL**.
3. Set the **Start Date** and **End Date**.
4. Add the **Phone Number** and **Admin Email**.
5. Choose the **Event Type** (Free or Paid).

#### Booking Settings

* Enter **Booking Calendar Name**
* Set **Slot Duration** (e.g., 60 minutes)
* Select **Booking Status** (Pending / Approved)
* Choose **Single or Multiple Event**
* Add **Reminder Times** if needed

#### Location

* Select **Host Location Type** and add the location.
* Add a **Redirect URL** if required.

Click **Create** to save the event.

### Edit Event Labels

1. Open the event and click the **three dots**.
2. Select **Update Event**.
3. Go to **Custom Labels** and edit fields like **Value, Category, or Identifier**.
4. Click **Update** to save changes.
