# Video Message Block

The **Video Message Block** inside **Send Message** allows you to send a video to users directly within the chatbot conversation. Videos are highly engaging and often perform better than plain text when explaining products, demos, or instructions.

#### How to Use the Video Message Block

1. Open your **Chat Flow** in the bot builder.
2. Set the **Trigger or Keyword**.
3. Click **Add Node**.
4. Select **Send Message → Video Message**.

#### Add Video

* Upload the video from your system, or
* **Drag and drop** the video file, or
* Paste the **video URL** directly.

> Note: The maximum supported video size is **10 MB**.

#### Add Caption (Optional)

You can add a caption to provide context for the video.

5. Click **Start Upload** and then **Save Message**.

Once the flow is triggered, the video will be automatically sent to the user. This block is useful for sharing **product demos, tutorials, or promotional videos**.
