Template Message Block

The Template Message Block inside Send Message allows you to send official WhatsApp API-approved template messages to users. These templates are pre-approved by WhatsApp and are commonly used when the 24-hour customer service window is not active.

This block is useful for sending messages such as OTP notifications, payment reminders, order updates, and other important alerts.

How to Use the Template Message Block

  1. Open your Chat Flow in the bot builder.

  2. Add a Trigger or Keyword.

  3. Click Add Node.

  4. Select Send Message → Template Message.

Select Template

  1. Choose a pre-approved WhatsApp template from the list.

  2. If the template does not appear, click Load Templates to refresh the list.

Map Template Variables

  1. Map the required template variables using Super Fields or available variables (for example, customer name).

  2. Click Save Message.

Once the flow is triggered, the selected template message will be sent to the user.
