Order Status Message Block

The Order Status Message Block inside Send Message allows you to send automated order updates to customers. This helps reduce support queries by instantly informing users about the status of their orders.

It is commonly used in e-commerce workflows to send order tracking or status notifications.

How to Use the Order Status Message Block

  1. Open your Chat Flow in the bot builder.

  2. Click Add Node.

  3. Select Send Message → Order Status Message.

Configure Order Details

  1. Enter the Body Text for the message (e.g., “Find your order status below”).

  2. Add the Reference ID of the order.

  3. Enter the Order Status (for example: Processing, Shipped, Delivered).

  4. Add the Order Description.

These fields can also be mapped dynamically if you have created and stored order-related fields earlier.

  1. Click Save Message.

Once the flow is triggered, the user will automatically receive an order status update in the chat.
