The Location Message Block inside Send Message allows you to send a location directly in the chat. This is useful for businesses such as restaurants, clinics, showrooms, or offices that want to share their exact location with customers.
How to Use the Location Message Block
Open your Chat Flow in the bot builder.
Click Add Node.
Select Send Message → Location Message.
Add Location Details
Enter the Location Name (e.g., your business name).
Add the Address of the location.
Optionally, enter the Latitude and Longitude for more accurate location sharing.
Click Save Message.
Once the flow is triggered, the location will be automatically sent to the user in the chat, allowing them to easily view and navigate to your business location.
