Add Row (Modified Response)

This guide explains how to add rows with structured response handling using the Add Row (Modified Response) block.

Step 1: Add Block

  1. Go to Automation → Add App

  2. Search for Google Sheets

  3. Select Add Row (Modified Response)

Step 2: Configure Settings

  1. Select authentication

  2. Choose the spreadsheet

  3. Select the sub-sheet

Step 3: Map Fields

  • Map the required data to columns:

    • Name

    • Phone Number

    • Complaint Number

    • Status

    • Additional fields (e.g., Notes)

Step 4: Run & Save

  • Click Run & Save to add the row

  • Save the workflow
