# Lock or Unlock Botflow and Automations?

#### Lock a Bot Flow

1. Go to your **Bot Flow / Workflow** section
2. In the **Actions** column, click the **three dots (⋮)**
3. Select **Lock Workflow**
4. Enter any **Email ID** (it does not need to be linked to the account)
5. Click to receive **OTP**
6. Open the email inbox and copy the OTP
7. Paste the OTP and click **Verify OTP**

The flow is now successfully locked.

#### &#x20;Unlock a Bot Flow

1. Click on **Unlock Bot Flow**
2. Enter the **same Email ID**
3. Receive the **OTP**
4. Paste the OTP and click **Verify OTP**

️ Note: The OTP is valid for **5 minutes only**.

Once verified, the flow will be unlocked and accessible again.
