# Google Authentication – Setup and Configuration

#### Method 1: Create Authentication from Chatbot

**Step 1: Create a Bot Flow**

* Go to **Chatbots → Chatbot**.
* Click **Create Bot Flow**.
* Enter a title and add a **WhatsApp Chatbot** trigger.
* Configure the keyword, channel, and condition, then save.

**Step 2: Create Google Authentication**

* Click **Add Node → Popular Apps → Google Sheets**.
* Click **Create New Authentication**.
* Enter a label and click **Sign in with Google**.
* Select your Google account and allow the required permissions.
* Refresh the authentication list and select the newly created authentication.

**Step 3: Select Google Spreadsheet**

* Click **Configure Spreadsheet Selection**.
* Select **Open Google Picker**.
* Choose the required Google Sheet and click **Select**.
* Select the spreadsheet from the dropdown.
* Choose the required sheet and configure the required columns.
* Click **Run** and **Save**.

**Step 4: Enable the Workflow**

* Continue building your bot flow.
* Save and enable the workflow.

#### Method 2: Create Authentication from Automation

**Step 1: Open App Authentications**

* Go to **Automation → App Authentications**.
* Here you can view, edit, delete, and manage existing authentications.

**Step 2: Add a New Connection**

* Click **Add Connection**.
* Select **Google Sheets**.
* Choose the required authentication type, such as **Google Sheet Picker Authentication**.
* Enter a label.
* Click **Sign in with Google**.
* Select your Google account and allow the required permissions.
